We utilize the Positive Coaching Alliance and the AVCA to prepare our coaches to be the best leaders possible for our athletes!
Director, Deb Grafentin, selected as one of the top youth coaches in the country!
In 2015, Deb Grafentin was selected from over 2,000 coaches as one of the top 75 youth Double Goal Coaches in the country!
Coaches Training
All coaches must undergo a yearly background check through AAU.
The AAU provides Double Goal coaching courses. These courses reflect the "best practices" of elite coaches and athletes.
Double goal coaches focus on winning and teaching life lessons through sports. This perspective on teaching allows us to help our athletes be successful on and off the court!
All RC coaches receive weekly emails from the AVCA with coaching tips and drills for every need, keeping us at the top of our game!
