RC Boys Pre-Tryout Camps

Cost: 1 camp = $30, 2 camps =$55, 3 camps = $75. When registering, you will be able to select the dates and the number of camps to reflect the price.
This is the best chance to get to know the coaches and the River City training style. Parents, please feel free to ask questions. Our goal is to grow the game of volleyball for the boys. If you are a male athlete in grades 5-12 interested in playing competitive volleyball, we have a place for you!

We are anticipating two teams in 15-18s, an 18u and 16u team. These are usually comprised of 9-12th graders. 8th graders can play on a 16u team if their skill level is ready.
We are anticipating two teams in the 11-14s. The 14u and 12u players are made up of 5th - 8th graders.
We prefer 9-10 on all teams.
Boys Tryouts
Boy's tryouts for all ages are Wednesday Oct 8 from 7-9pm. All boys teams will tryout at the same time. If you attend any of the Pre-tryout Camps, you will still need to register for the "official tryouts".
When players are given an offer to play for our club and you accept, a $250 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of your acceptance.
Please register for your current age group.
(17 & 18s for 18u, 15 & 16s for 16u, 13 & 14s for 14u, 11 & 12s for 12u)
EXAMPLE: If you are 16s and want to tryout for the 17-18 team you can, but please register in the 16 age group. We need everyone to register in THEIR correct age group.

18 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2007
17 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2008
16 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2009
15 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2010
14 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2011
13 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2012
12 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2013
11 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2014
10 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2015
The following is usually the grade and corresponding age group:
18u = 12th grade
17u = 11th grade
16u = 10th grade
15u = 9th grade
14u = 8th grade
13u = 7th grade
*12u = 6th grade
*11u = 5th grade
*10u = 4th grade (*all three of these grades would tryout for a 12u team)
